Software License Agreement

CodexTiny Software License Agreement

This license agreement (hereinafter agreement) is a legal contract between you/licensee (the individual or entity obtaining rights to use the software or documentation) and codextiny (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us" or "our"/licensor). This agreement applies to all products, software, scripts, and services that you acquire from us.

By purchasing, installing, copying, or otherwise using the software product(s), you expressly consent to be bound by and become a party to this agreement with codextiny. If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement, you are not authorized to download, install, or use any of the products.

This agreement becomes effective when you acquire the product(s) from our site or receive it through email or on data medium or by any other means. Codextiny reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the terms of this license agreement and impose its clauses at any given time.

All components of the product(s), including, but not limited to algorithms, php code, javascript code, or css code, texts, images, and designs, are licensed according to this agreement, unless otherwise stated.

1. Software Purchase and Acceptance: Your purchase or acquisition of the software implies your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined by CodexTiny. The agreement becomes active upon the legal receipt of the software source code, delivered through email, data medium, or any other medium.

2. Copyright and Restrictions: CodexTiny retains exclusive copyrights to the software. Any derivative work or activity conflicting with our copyrighted material is strictly prohibited. Copyright infringement may result in license cancellation/termination.

3. Legal Jurisdiction: Any legal action related to license conflicts shall be brought to the courts of jurisdiction where CodexTiny resides or conducts primary business.

4. Installation Limitations: You are permitted to use one copy of the software per installation for personal or business purposes, provided all listed terms are fulfilled. Each software installation requires a separate license.

5. Distribution Restrictions: Selling, distributing, or putting the software on the internet for distribution purposes is strictly prohibited. Transfer, sub-license, or resale of the license requires explicit written permission from CodexTiny.

6. Reproduction and Reverse Engineering: Reproducing, reverse-engineering, or incorporating our copyrighted source code into any other software or product is not allowed.

7. Termination and Refund: You have the option to terminate the license at any time, but no refunds will be provided. CodexTiny may terminate the license if terms and conditions are not met.

8. Legal Consequences of Termination: Terminated licensees found using the software are liable for legal action, including payment of attorney fees to CodexTiny for damages.

9. User List Inclusion: CodexTiny is legally allowed to add you to our software user list as per the effective license.

10. Notice Retention: All copyright and permission notices must be retained at their original locations.

11. Free Product Distribution: For free products available on our site, distribution is allowed, but creating a business or resale is prohibited.
